Rather than producing preserves commercially, Lucille Foods creates each collection with patience, seasonality and craftsmanship. The intention is never to fill shelves, but to create preserves that people look forward to discovering.

Strawberry & Vanilla Preserve

Our signature preserve is made with beautifully ripened strawberries sourced from a trusted local grower and gently cooked with whole vanilla pods. The vanilla brings warmth and fragrance while allowing the natural sweetness of the strawberries to remain the hero. Crafted slowly in small batches, the preserve is rich in fruit, beautifully balanced.
Perfect with: Fresh scones, Croissants, Toast, Cheesecakes, Yoghurt, Afternoon tea,elegant desserts and cakes.
Pineapple & Ginger Preserve

Made using naturally sweet Kenyan pineapples and freshly harvested local ginger, this preserve celebrates a harmonious balance of tropical fruit and gentle warmth. Each pineapple is prepared by hand before being slowly cooked, allowing the fruit to retain its character while the ginger quietly develops depth and complexity.
Perfect with: Mature cheeses, Roast meats, Sandwiches, Glazed vegetables, Pastries, Breakfast toast.
Christmas Marmalade

Available from September each year, our Christmas Marmalade is crafted using five varieties of oranges harvested from our family farm. Prepared using traditional marmalade-making methods, the fruit is slowly cooked before a carefully balanced blend of festive spices is introduced. As the marmalade matures, the spices continue to infuse the fruit, creating greater richness and depth of flavour over time. It is a preserve created to be enjoyed throughout the festive season and one that rewards patience.
Perfect with: Toast, Croissants, Christmas cake, Brandy cream, Roast ham, Cheese platters, Festive vinaigrettes.

Crafted in limited quantities using guavas harvested from our family farm, our seasonal preserves celebrate the unique character of each harvest. Whether the vibrant sweetness of Pink Guava or the delicate elegance of White Guava & Lemon, every jar is prepared in small batches using fresh lemons, our own homemade citrus pectin and pure cane sugar to create a beautifully natural set.
